Job Description


  • Help define and execute our content strategy across multiple channels
  • Create press releases, product blogs, website/ad copy, case studies and white papers. If it has words in it, you’ll be involved
  • Craft thoroughly-researched, technical pieces in the shape of long-form articles and eBooks
  • Communicate our mission and expertise to a global audience of senior HR and C-level professionals
  • Get us in the New York Times again


  • Native-level English (written and speaking)
  • Extensive experience writing engaging content (background in journalism preferred)
  • Strong strategic-thinking, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Keen interest in technology with the ability to write about trends such as machine learning and analytics
  • Keen interest in organisational and behavioural psychology (our content is heavily influenced by the theories that underpin our product)
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS preferred but not essential
